Joe was born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia area and spent 4 years at Temple University pursuing a degree in accounting. He chose to begin a career in real estate to assist and guide people through the largest investment and purchase anyone makes in their lifetime: a home. Joe's background in accounting helps him have a deeper understanding of the financial side of real estate transactions, and his desire to help others and understand their wants and needs makes him able to personalize his services to his clients. Having a purpose behind the work one does is important in creating the best experience possible for clients in any field, and Joe uses his previous experience and desire to perform at a high level and make real estate transactions with him as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
